"I had a echogram pelvic ultrasound done at Methodist. I received a bill in the mail that I had that done but also a echogram transvaginal ultrasound done. But I did not have the echogram transvaginal done. And the radiologist is charging me 50 for each thing done. I had to call Methodist to get proof that I only had the echogram pelvic ultrasound done. Then I had to email it to the radiologist. They fixed my bill eventually but how am I supposed to believe the results when the radiologist are trying to charge me for an ultrasound that was never even done. Like they had nothing to look over for the transvaginal ultrasound that they charged me for. Like they are just making stuff up now! So for this incompetence they deserve a bad review!"

"First, your nurse practitioner instructed my nurse to stick a needle in my hand because she inserted a needle incorrectly in my arm inside my elbow. I donated blood frequently for decades. I have a large, easy to hit vein. Dozens of people, even training, new phlebotomists never failed to insert a needle into that vein in my arm. I have an exceptionally high pain threshold, but even so it was very painful. Furthermore, you never asked permission and I never agreed to allow her to do that. Then you send me a bill, which I paid. Now I have received yet another bill. I am furious. Why do you send me multiple bills? Why can’t you wait long enough to know what the total bill is and bill me ONE TIME! I will pay the bill eventually, but it will be in my own time, when I am sure there won’t be yet an additional bill!"
