"Disappointed. Okay so, I have had it with people's attitudes in general, I really don't care who sees this because I have reached by breaking point. I had a lot going on this month and had to setup and appointment because I was looking for services to help address my mental health issues, and as much as I hate rescheduling, I had to because I was more backed up with school unexpectedly, had a family death and a bit of ride complication, but rather than recommend me to a different practice or help me find someone and my insurance because they wouldn't be able to accept my services anymore due to reschedules I just get a rude "no just go somewhere else" well if that's how you want to talk I will gladly do that then because I am not putting up with that any longer. If you don't want to keep rescheduling because it cuts into time I understand that, you can only do so much before you just can't do it, but the fact a mental health specialist talks this way is just friggin rude."

"Very disappointed. I struggle with anxiety, depression and PTSD. I had an appointment set up last week and needed to reschedule due to my son being sick, this week I had to reschedule due to a work conflict. When I notified the assigned therapist, he messaged me back about how i have lost him money and how i need to talk to my employer then refused to reschedule me or point me in another direction. I am a Master's level Social worker and am very disappointed that someone in the mental health field would talk to a client like this. it made me feel awful and discouraged. I understand not agreeing to reschedule, I get that I tried to reschedule twice but the way he talked to me was lacking any sort of compassion."
