"Pathetic! My husband took our granddaughter for an appointment today. Our granddaughter was ill (turns out it is the flu). They turned her away and said they couldn’t see her because he wasn’t on the “list”. He took her just last year for an appointment with no problem. The girl said she would have to speak with her manager, but manager was not there. A simple call to the parents maybe? Nope, turn away a sick child, that is what you did."

"Couldn’t believe how quick of a visit I had! I called early in the am for my daughter to be seen and they were able to fit her in! We were in and out in 30mins, the doctor and his staff were kind and caring"

"Dr. Byrd is fantastic but she’s the only one I’ll allow to see my children. Her nurse is nice & friendly. Unfortunately we have not had that same experience with the other nurses & doctors. The front desk staff is rude & constantly rush you out of their way so they can get back to gossiping. My husband took our child for a sick appointment & they were rude to him and questioned him on being the father even after showing his license. I wouldn’t recommend any of the doctors or nurses there except Dr. Byrd & her nurse. We make sure to go to the Clinton office as much as possible."

"Very friendly front office staff and healthcare staff. Facility is small but is suited for the care of little ones. There is an upstairs and a downstairs office. The building offers a good number of parking spaces and rooms for patients"
