"I sincerely want people to know that this place is an insurance SCAM. Now my experience there wasn't all bad but that was only due to the other clients I was here with. The therapist that work here are sincere but have zero control over the way the place is ran. There are techs that work here that seriously care but have no control over the way the place is ran. I was under the impression it was a 30 day program. I get there and then they tell me it's 60 days. But really it's how long your insurance will continue to pay for. You aren't involved with ANY of the insurance conversations, they just keep billing and if it's approved.... you're staying. They billed my insurance for 35k. And I can't begin to figure out for what. They had us riding in a van with NO AC in the middle of summer, bad brakes and it shook when you got to a certain speed. This place was so GHETTO. I never got to leave the property the entire time I was there. And don't even begin to read the website because all the stuff they say they have. They don't. The apartments that you live in while there are okay. Breakfast and lunch is NOT provided... I ate incrustables and pretzels the entire time. The facility doesn't even have a real kitchen. And like many of the other reviews. Getting help for addiction is so serious and anyone who is ready deserves a program that wants to help them and bases the amount of time they need to spend off of their issues, their progress and their readiness. Not just the dollar amount the insurance will give. When I think about this place it disgusts me. It's not a place you want to find yourself getting help. Once I colored my 60th picture and did a crossword puzzle on RAINFOREST ANIMALS I was ready to throw my head through an actual wall. And not to mention if you find yourself there and in a position that you want to leave. They will keep your belongings and make you have an appt after 72 hours to come back and get them. Think long and hard about agreeing to walk through these doors bc Asheville has many treatment programs that are way more beneficial to one's health and recovery."

"Do not ever go here. Cassie Boyd I believe is her last name? Stole over 150$ of my belongings including some sentimental clothing my great aunt gave me. The groups are a joke, nothing is actually helpful. Some therapists there and one or two facilitators are the only things that keep this place afloat. I was told if I wanted to retrieve my property that the police would be called. When I finally did get it, 2 bags were missing. I was told by 3 techs afterwards that there was a total of 5 bags in her office… The food is a joke. The rules are a joke. I really don’t at all see how this place is helpful. When looking for a sober living for a dog, they found me ONE place? Yet when I walked off their property and when to Oasis which is by far a 5 star program. They found me an entire list of places… Really DO NOT waste 60 days of your life learning nothing but some “coping” skills that were googled and printed off."
