"Trash. My daughter is UP TO DATE ON ALL vaccines and physicals. I just needed a paper signed. Literally all the doctor has to do is SIGN THE PAPER. I was told it would take 10 days JUST TO SIGN A PAPER THATS ALREADY FILLED OUT????? The initial nurse on the phone tried to call me a liar and said I didn't turn it in until I told her I went in person and filled out the form. My kid has to miss 10 days because the doctor "has up to 10 days." So the doctor wants to take their time. The nurse even said "well 7th and 12TH graders are missing school too" as if that made anything better. It actually made me more upset as if this lady was taunting my situation. They NEVER have appointments. What's the point of a pediatrician if they're going to keep referring me to urgent care??? Doctor is cold and doesn't even really. I'm looking for a new pediatrician AS I TYPE! Sick of this place"
"They seemed great at first but truly went down hill!! I would not recommend this doctor’s office for your children!! Can never get an appointment for your child to be seen FOR ANYTHING! TAKE YOUR CHILD SOMEWHERE ELSE!"
"This place was a horror show! This was are first time here with are newborn. Toke about 15mins to get seen not too bad. Once we got back in the check up room we waited in a cold room for about 10mins till the nurse came and got my baby’s weights and size. We asked the weight and she said she didn’t remember she would have to look. She had us remove the clothes off the baby and was told to wait for the doctor. It’s freezing in this room you would think the doctor would be fast. Luckily we packed a blanket to keep him warm and stop him from crying. Toke almost 15mins to see dr Anjanette Mcllwain. Started off ok until we got to vaccines. She asked why we didn’t get are baby vaccinated and we said we don’t want any vaccines at this moment. We’re waiting until are newborn is a little more developed before a vaccine. And she toke offense to this, and went down this whole speech about how safe vaccines are and how everyone has them annd how we anre doing a disservice to are child. And we told her again not at this time. She told us she will annoy us every time she sees us until we vaccinate are newborn. This was highly disrespectful and sad to hear from a doctor that would essentially harness me until I give into her wants. We were told by nurses in the hospital to avoid this place, but we didn’t have a pediatrician at the time and it was the default one they recommend."
"First & foremost I wish I could give a 0 stars review, but thats not an option so I gave one.. This was my childhood doctor, so I thought I'd luck up & come back with my baby for my same doctor. When I found out she wasn't here I should have left. This is the absolute WORSE doctor to bring your child too.. On top of extremely long wait times, your child's concerns you may have are completely ignored. Or they either just come up with some type of diagnosis to get you out the office. Definitely don't recommend coming here, will not be returning!"
"I can’t even schedule my child for a sick visit or well visit. Every time I call to schedule they always said oh we don't have enough doctors oh we don't have enough nurses. Every time I call they tell me to take my child to urgent care. What's the point of having a pediatrician? The only reason my baby had the appointment last time was because I threatened to speak to the office manager. And this time she was rescheduled twice. I work in healthcare WE don't turn away our patients!"
