"I've been coming to see Dr. Jen for several years now. Last time I was in they made me new lenses for a pair of glasses from another seller. I loved these old frames. Unfortunately, they broke while I was on vacation. I brought them in today to get fixed. When that wasn't possible Steve was able to work with me to maximize my insurance to get me new frames. He even found other frames I could borrow in the meantime because they fit the exact shape of my old lenses. I am so thankful for the kindness, professionalism, and to be able to see again!"
