"I’ve been here for a hour and still waiting. Dr. walked in the room about 5 minutes later. My Dr. was great I just didn’t like the time that I had to wait."

"I was referred to Dr Burke and saw him today. I arrived promptly on time and they took me in immediately which I thought was great. His PA came and visited with me and took all my information and said the doctor would be with me shortly. Dr Burke did come in shortly after that and if he spent four minutes with me I would be in shock because I don’t think it was even that long. I felt like he wanted to get me out of his office because he did not think he could help me and I was wasting his time when I was asking questions. He did give me another referral to go to another doctor. I was in told to leave and wait in the waiting room where I waited for another 30 minutes to get the paperwork that I needed to go see the referral doctor. He may be good at what he does but he needs to slow down and that office needs to quit treating people like you’re at a cattle auction bottom line."
