ABC 123 Pediatric Dentistry: Diaz Ivette M DDS 1901 Kirby Drive, Pearland, TX 77584

"I THINK THEY DELETED MY REVIEW. I took my daughter here when it was time for her first appointment, she was 2 at the time and absolutely loved her hygienist. According to her treatment plan she needed 2 fillings, when it came time for her appointment - Dr. Diaz came in, tried for about 3 minutes and said she wouldn’t be able to complete her fillings and referred us to UT dental school for her treatment. I honestly didn’t like how she didn’t even try to get my daughter to feel comfortable. You want to charge me so much money but yet you don’t want to do what’s needed to get the work done. So I called in today (because google and every other platform says that they are open) to get my daughters records sent over to another office. Vanessa, the office MANAGER, answered. She was extremely rude in letting me know that today they are “closed” because Dr. Diaz was out sick and that she wouldn’t be able to send the records over within 5 hours. I informed her that I didn’t know they were closed, and she interrupted me to say “well ma’am, if Dr. Diaz isn’t here then we’re closed” EXTREMELY RUDE. Keep in mind, I have previous experience in running a dental office myself. Days that the drs weren’t in, we’re used for requests as simple as mine today. Just needed x-rays!! She just didn’t want to help at all. Because then her next excuse was that the system was day. There’s more that I could say but i only had 5 minutes to write this up. Don’t go to this office even if it’s the last option you have."

"My son has been going here since he was 4. We never had to wait. The staff are always friendly and curteous. We get constant communication about our appointments and we never get any surprises with our bills. It’s always clean and lastly they take great care of my son’s teeth! The only con is the afternoon appointments are scarce but I understand because they are busy!!"

"The office has been beautifully done with every thought to the children and their comfort; but that’s just the tip of the iceberg, the staff front of the house, hygienist and physicians are amazing! They understand kids and talk to them intelligently and compassionately. As a parent I feel so happy and pleased with the way they treat my kids... services and interaction. Can’t ask for much more than that. Thank you, Dr Diaz and Team!"

"I was nervous to try out this dental office because of some less than great reviews out there, but I had a great experience. The whole staff was so accommodating and really went out of their way to make it as pain free of a visit as possible which was a challenge with an almost two year old. The office is very nice and clean, and everyone is great with kids. The rooms have TV's overhead and the assistant even let my son pick what show he wanted to watch. Both the hygienist and the dentist took their time with me explaining the ins and outs of the visit, going over my son's teeth, giving me advice and let me ask questions. After a less than great experience with another pediatric dentist, I'm very glad that I've found this office to use going forward."

"Courteous, attentive staff. Short wait time. Dentist and staff are all child-friendly. This was my grandson's first trip to a dentist. At 2-1/2, we expected the worst, but he never cried or complained in any way. It was a perfect first experience and i am confident he will be comfortable going back next time. I recommend this dental clinic very highly."
