Telling me someone will call back and not receiving a response for approx 20 days until i post a google review is very frustrating. And with the timelines you have my insurance provider has already billed my mortgage company on 2/15 even before i could get answers to my questions from you. Your delayed response is not helpful and it is very frustrating. Understand that life happens and medical emergencies happen, but insurance companies unfortunately don’t wait for anyone. If the person working on my case is OOO its bare minimum to assign someone else who is able to work on my case. I have been with Bello insurance for a year now. Its time for my policy renewal and since it increased, i was looking for them to run new quotes. I have been trying to reach them for 20 days now and the person is either sick, away from desk, in a meeting and they hang up on me saying someone will call back. And no one does. Im fed up of trying to reach them. They have no customer retention attitude and an old customer is taken for granted."

"I was needing to renew a bunch of insurance policies towards the end of the year (home + windstorm, auto, umbrella) and since my existing providers had jacked up rates quite a bit as expected in these times, I needed to explore more options and see how best to structure my insurance portfolio. I happened to find Bello insurance and worked with Chris and his team. I had shopped around with other agents too to find out what my options and prices would be but Chris and team were beyond helpful and provided various options, quotes and details with all the information I needed as I am a bit on the details side and nit picky and very budget conscious. The other issue is that I'm really busy with work, phone calls and travel so everything worked out great as we could do most of the work through their online forms and emails at my convenience (usually late night when I settle down). I got everything done ahead time thanks to Chris and team following up and keeping me updated and letting me know what the next steps would be. Additionally, I wanted to take a look at term life insurance policies as I already have one and wanted to explore if it was worth adding one more.
