"If you are even thinking about transitioning to gray, Juan is the person to see! Like others who have left reviews here and have allowed Juan to perform his magic, you will not be disappointed! I found Juan while scrolling through Instagram and honestly comparing his work and reviews with others that claim to provide similar service. I could not find anyone that could do better work. Juan certainly has a gift and has created a niche for the services he offers. What makes him stand out from the rest? First of all, he is honest and invests in his client's happiness and satisfaction. I waited about 5 weeks to land an appointment but it was the best thing that could have happened. I had highlights upon highlights and had not been nourishing my hair. Juan suggested I send him a video of my hair at which time he instructed me to hydrate my hair weekly with high quality products to prepare my hair for the process of transitioning to gray. This resulted in strengthening my locks. So Juan proceeded to let me know that although I had followed his instructions, there was a 50/50 chance that the coloring might not take. (I appreciated that he was honest and transparent about that.) Secondly, I have ALOT of hair so Juan and Justin both worked on me -- both meticulous and perfectionist! I knew I was in the best hands and that my results would be good. However, the results exceeded my expectations!!! Juan cares about his clients and won't perform a service if he feels the client's hair is not fully prepared for a safe and satisfying outcome. I heard him counsel other clients and was so impressed with his care and instructions -- just like he provided to me. He is very good at understanding what his clients want and ensuring they are happy with the results. Last but not least, Juan also provides after care with good product recommendations. Believe me when I tell you, not only is he worth the wait but he is worth the money! I've received so many compliments from family, friends and colleagues. I'm so extremely grateful for finding Juan and Justin. The experience was delightful and rewarding for both me and Juan! He was overjoyed in seeing the happiness in my face! "LOVE JUAN!! He does Amazing work!! I decided to let my grays finally grow out!! I went to him in February of 2023 and started my gray transition! He told me that my hair was weak in the front and that I needed to STOP applying so much heat( Rollers, blow out, and flat iron). He told me come back in 3 months to treat the brassiness , but in the meantime try keeping your hair in it’s natural form and only do blow out for special occasions. After seeing him in May of 2023, he told me to let my grays continue to grow out and strengthen my hair. I came back in May of 2024 after letting it all grow out and having my hair at it’s Healthiest!! It has been a JOURNEY! I have one final step to get the look that I want! Juan is very transparent!
