Hamza, which I believe his name was, is a straight to the point salesman that does not like to waste time and his service was fast and efficient. Carl was very nice when picking up my tailored suit and Tom as well when returning shoes that did not fit correctly. I will most definitely be back."

"DON'T COME HERE! RUN AWAY! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Got married on June 1st,2024. My now husband went to this location a month before the wedding to get his suit tailored (We bought his suit in another Men's Wearhouse location). First, they never called him to let him know his suit was ready, so a day before the wedding, he called them and asked them if his suit was ready. They told him that yes and that he could and pick it up. We went to pick up the suit after a very LONG AND EXHAUSTING DAY. My husband went inside, and they gave him his suit to start trying it on to see if everything fits... we'll the jacket wasn't there... They started to give him other jackets... different color, different sizes, different brands.... At this point, my husband was "What the heck happened?" and they told him,"He don't have your jacket. " ARE YOU KIDDING ME! A DAY BEFORE RHE WEDDING. They didn't know where the jacket was. They lost it... They guys that work there were trying to tell me that they could give him another suit different color... NO, I don't want another suit. I wanted the one he gave yall. COMPLETE! To make the story short, They had one jacket, the same size, and the same color but long style, so it had to be tailored. They told him that the person doing the tailored was going to be able to do the sleeves but not the length of the jacket... The person didn't want to stay after his shift... ARE YOU KIDDING ME? WAS THAT MY PROBLEM? in the end, they only fixed his sleeves (which they did it wrong) They indeed gave us the money back for the adjustments they made to the suit, plus they sent a check with the whole suit refund. Still, that doesn't compensate for all the stress we went through A DAY BEFORE OUR WEDDING. We had to take his jacket to get it fixed to a tailored(the day of the weddind) which charged us $250 to fix the whole jacket because the did wrong the sleeves, plus to fix the length. OVERALL: The wost experience of my life. I will never come here again and will tell everyone that I can stay away from this company."

"Went to this location and got measured for a tux. We changed colors after a couple of weeks and when picking my tux up at a different location (out of state), we discovered that the employee at thie location never inputed the changes to the order. Nothing fit right either. Luckily, the employee at the other store out of state went above and beyond to make things right. What a stressful experience just a few days before my wedding. Will not return to this location."

"One of the most rude salespeople I have experienced. I’ve never left a review on a store, but this was the first time I’ve felt disrespected as a customer. Completely unwilling to work with me, after only 5 minutes he measured me for one jacket without telling me the price ($500), assuming I would take it and without presenting any options or asking me any questions. when it was out of my price range, he gave up and told me to go somewhere else. If you have no choice but to visit this location seek out one of the female associates for your own sanity."

"absolutely don't come here with any color palette or creativity. you don't want a boring black or navy suit? they will hate on every creative thing you come up with. Told us the textured colorful blazers were for "older men" only, and kept insisting to pair Veda earth toned colors with stark white, black, or navy. these people have no eye for color, and kept telling us how poor our choices were. me and my friend were about to spend a lot of money on a beautiful suit, and they basically hated on it till we left to a better store- the place inside the stonebriar mall. Brown pants do NOT work with black, gray or white, or navy, and the guy inside the mall agreed. I was traumatized for a while"
