"Who ever is saying this place has Amazing customer service I’m sorry but I guess you are accustomed to just being rang out…. Walked around for 30 minutes without any checking in or trying to build any sort of rapport. When I was ready to check out stood there for a few before I was even asked if I was ready AND to top off this AMAZING experience they have the guts to ask I want to join their loyalty program.
