Out of all the boutiques we went into, this was the only clothing store that had two people greet us with enthusiasm and seemed to care that we were there. We commented on the difference of joy that seemed to fill their store and they both said that's part of the reason they like working there. They enjoy getting to know people throughout their day. "Love the merchandise but customer service was poor. My sisters, daughters, and I walked in and sales girl was behind the counter steaming clothes. She never greeted us and never said a word. Other people came in and she just kept steaming. My daughter wanted to try on some clothes so we asked her for a dressing room. Never offered assistance once. I've been in retail for 20 years and a store manager and I made sure customer service was number one! I went to location in Plano about 5 years ago and had great service there. I was expecting the same but disappointed. I will check out the one in Allen and hope they have friendly employees who are willing to offer their services."
