"I just left this Lane Bryant location and I have to say it was such a good experience. Everyone was polite and respectful and promptly took my clothes to the dressing room and hung them for me when the load was getting heavy. Maggie went out of her way to help me utilize my Lane Style Cash and other discounts I was properly eligible for. There may be another tough review or two and it could have been a misunderstanding or a tough situation (hopefully everyone involved learned from the past experiences, moved on and forgave-I’m in no way discounting anyone’s experience) for everyone involved, but I thoroughly enjoyed my visit on today. Thanks Maggie and everyone. I truly looking forward to returning soon."

"My visit to Lane Bryant Pavillion Court on Friday, July 26th was the best one I ever had! Maggie, an employee, asked "how could they help me?" I said, "I am on a mission and I have an agenda" I wanted to 1) pick up a bra order, 2) try it on, 3) get opinions and guidance on my newly purchased bras. Last but not least, 5) I brought in a variety of previously purchased Lane Bryant bras (bad buying decisions) for instructions like how to wear the Multi Way Strapless Bra, which size, etc.? I took in two of those expensive Multi Way Strapless Bras (maybe worn once). What I did not tell Maggie was that after decades of wearing Lane Bryant bras I was here to decide if it was time for me to buy elsewhere. Maggie's opinions and recommendations were expert. I was 100% satisfied and I actually left the store "Happy!" I had my pick up order,. I purchased another cotton bra (in my new correct size) and another "new" Multi Way Strapless Bra, that was the right size and it felt very comfortable. With this fitting it felt like a every day bra and not body armor for the first time in my life... I will be back...Thank you Maggie!!!"

"Horrible, Horrible Horrible, first of all I have accompanied my Wife to different Lane Bryant's on different occasions always to be met with great customer service and a casual yet professional atmosphere. However, this time that was far from what we received. I like mentioning names because I am a direct person. Maggie the assistant manager's service was beyond Horrible. She offered my Wife a Bra that was 3 cup sizes too big and when my Wife ask her why Maggie responded that she would have to order the right size for my Wife. We were very confused as to why the first choice would not be to order the right size. So when my Wife responded you don't recommend three sizes to big because you don't want to bother with ordering the right size. That was it Maggie's whole attitude changed for the worse. On top of th a when my Wife ask for the Managers name, Maggie refused to give it to her. Ultimately my Wife did not opt to do Amy other monetary transactions with this Lane Bryant's because of the lack of customer service by Maggie. Horrible customer service experience"

"I bought these bra’s around May/June 2021 and as you can see from the pictures, they are already ripping apart. Two of them are coming apart from the straps & the third one, the wires keep coming out. It’s been only 5-6 months since my purchase, so I called the store to find out what my options were. I was told that bra’s only last six (6) months. Confused, I replied that is not true, because I’ve purchased bra’s from Dillard and Macy’s and they’ve lasted a long time. I was told that I might be able to do an exchange if (I bring in the receipt and do a fitting to make sure I was getting the right size). I haven’t a clue where that receipt is. So basically I’m stuck with (3) bra’s that I can’t wear, because they are cheaply made. I am only a size10 in misses, just a little larger up top, so the size of the bra had nothing to do with the ripping. Before I realize this issue, I had already purchased 6 more bra’s during the Black Friday Sales (which I will be taken back) this weekend!! I will continue to purchase my bra’s at Dillards and/or Macy’s. Update: so this is the response I received, basically saying that you have 6 months before your L.B. items start to fall apart. This was NOT due to wear and tear on my part… We are happy to assist with items that were received damaged, however, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement for merchandise damaged due to laundering or normal wear and tear. Should you receive a damaged item in the future, please be sure to contact us as soon as possible for immediate assistance. To maintain the fit, durability and life of the fabric and elastics, avoid wearing the same bra two days in a row. We also recommend that your bras be hand washed in cold water and hang to dry. Machine washing is not recommended; however, if you choose to machine wash you should follow these steps: Hook backs of the bras. Wash on gentle/delicate cycle in cold water.
