"Copperline is such a great local spot! I have a lot of business meetings there and they host events for the local Chamber of Commerce. Dorothy and Nick the owners and their staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. I especially love the vegan carrot cake muffins, banana bread, and London fog. I highly recommend visiting!"

"I LOVE Copperline, it’s my favorite coffee shop and I go as often as possible. While the menu items are overpriced, they are good and I’m obsessed with my coffee order. Unfortunately, I have to give this only an average review as every time I go, I leave feeling dirty. Copperline is literally FILTHY. I’ve even lightly mentioned this to the employees thinking it may help. The last employee I mentioned this to kindly responded “thanks for letting me know. I’m honestly sure this place doesn’t get clean often.” There are cobwebs underneath the benches, hair matted into the cushions and chairs, if you put something on the floor you’ll pick it up with the bottom covered in crumbs and dirt, the bathroom is so filthy you can tell it has never been cleaned before and the grout has turned black with grime and stains everywhere, the tables are sticky and covered in crumbs, the ceiling is covered in dust and the vents have dust balls hanging from them, there are hairballs in every corner… and so on and so forth. Just yesterday while placing an order I saw there was dust on a piece of the chocolate cake that was INSIDE THE CASE. I mentioned this to the employee as she was handing me my order, and she simply plucked it off and left the cake to be served. GROSS. Copperline literally needs a professional cleaning crew to come in and scrub from top to bottom. These photos do not do justice. It’s just disgusting. The staff is generally helpful and kind, but after many negative interactions I have to say the woman with very long brown hair that usually has it up in a bun or tied back in a long braid, with the thick headbands, nose stud, and high pitched voice who works many mornings is so SO rude. I have literally been waiting for my order and overheard her talking badly about customers. There are times I've been waiting to place and order, and she literally looks up and away as she ignores people and looks down her nose. When she is working, I order less because I don't want to interact with her more than necessary. I don't know what her deal is but the rudeness is beyond."

"To be fair I didn't try the food because there was a line literally out the door. On a quest to find a decent bagel this place came up on Google Maps. Drove out of my way to find it only to find it's not a bagel store at all. It's a coffee counter and diner. The wait looked ridiculous. Only a few people working there."

"Neat coffee shop and area. The cafe seems fairly big with a decent amount of seating, so you don't feel too crowded. It was busy in there during my visit, which was fine. I ordered to go and the employees were friendly. I wasn't too crazy about my initial cup of vanilla latte as far as the taste, but I am willing to come back again for another sip since it looks cool inside."
