I needed a medical release form in order to obtain a copy of my daughter's old/misplaced travel immunization record, and couldn't locate it on the website. Helena patiently answered my questions and then emailed the form to me."
"I had a great experience here. The entire staff were friendly. It is normal to expect to wait a few minutes. It wasn't bad. I felt like I got in and out of there in an hour for an immunization, and that is pretty good, considering I didn't have an appointment. I had called ahead, and was told to just make sure I showed up before 3 p.m. I highly recommend this center!"
"They do a great service for people looking for STI tests! BUT you can never get them on the phone when you need information. The push button directory to the main line seems decent but pushing the button you think (or many others) would lead you where you need always takes you to a variety of voicemail boxes that don't get returned, people who can't help you or indefinite hold times. I need to be able to call back to get my results and I can't!"
