"If I could give 0 stars, I would. The entire purpose of a medical professional is to aid people who need medical attention. Not only does this "doctor" lack the compassion, empathy and kindness needed to help people. He seems to lack medical knowledge as well. My mother has been in severe pain for over a year for her back / hip after getting hurt in her profession. She has been so distraught and emotional that sometimes this gets the best of her. She has asked for help and has been referred to doctor after doctor. All this "doctor" had to do was listen, show empathy and attempt to help her. She was "yelling" in the office because she has been battling this for over a YEAR. No one will help her. NO ONE. You are a "doctor" and you have a heartbroken patient in your office and you tell her "Oh, you look fine, get out of my office and never come back"? What kind of doctor does this? if you CAN'T or WON'T help her, maybe try and find someone who can? Maybe attempt to be patient and kind to her versus a heartless person? To all of you out there -- If your elderly family needs help and gets "emotional" because their battle has been a long one, DON'T go here. This man is heartless and has no soul. He could care less about any person. All he cares about is a check. To you "Doctor" -- YOU'RE IN THE WRONG PROFESSION. Seek help. And when you do, I hope they treat you as you treated my mother."

"The receptionists are very kind. Dr. Martinez is a great listener, intensively Neuro examiner, takes the time to answer questions and shared detailed thoughts and plan. In addition, the Nurse was very kind."
