"I hurt my back originally back in 1990s and Roberts Chiropractic is where I went to get help because I didn't' want surgery done on my back. They were able to get me back to where I could walk again. The pelvic bone on my right side was out of place and after multiple visits they were able to get it to where it was almost back in place. However, because my insurance only covered so many visits per year, I was unable to afford the visits on my own. So I stopped going and I was fine and every so often it would bother me. Well since I am much older now, it is really bothering me. So based on past experience I chose Roberts Chiropractic again to get help. The doctors there now are all new of course and I went to see Dr. Noon, he was fine on my first 2 visits, on the second visit, he ordered some x-rays, which I had to pay a co-pay of 275.00. So I had them done and requested them to be sent to their office. So weeks go by and I didn't hear anything from anyone, so I called and they told me that they never received anything from Sacred Heart. So I took off work and went to the hospital and got the x-rays and took them to Roberts Chiropractic. I left and weeks, even months went by nothing from them. So I called and was told that they lost them x-rays, I was furious, I spoke with the office manager Sharon who apologized and told me that she would personally get another copy of them and contact me back. So weeks and months went by again and I had to call. So after speaking with Amy, she tells me that they have the x-rays. So at this point I told her I will send my fiance by there to pick them up and I will find a Chiropractor who wants my business. She says okay we end the call. This by far has been the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. This doctor nor his employees were helpful, or empathetic to the situation. When a doctor orders tests and you do them, they get the results, normally someone calls you and sets up an appointment to go over the results and decide on the next course of action. It was very apparent that no one there cared about me or my medical situations and I will never go there again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. So if you want someone that is going to take care of you and your medical situation, this is not the place for you. The staff was very unprofessional and so was the doctor, who never followed up with my case. I am very disappointed in how this all played out, even in saying that I felt no one cared there, Amy still was very cold and nonchalant about the whole situation, no one there spent any time trying to change my experience or my outlook on how things went down. I have never seen anything like it before in my life. I am one of those people that will share good experiences every time, not just the bad experiences."
