"I arrived at 830A for a 845A appt and was signed in. Made it to the Vital Sign station at 920A and did the normal QA with the MA. At 1000A, I opened the door to let someone in the office know that I had to leave to return to work after being there for 1.5 hrs. Dr Henry was standing down the hall talking with her staff and all she said when I told her why I had to leave was "Okay. Have a good day." It was very disappointing to realize how little of importance I, as a patient, actually was to her. My opinion of her as an excellent physician from previous meetings changed immediately. I won't be back nor will I recommend her again to anyone."
