"Absolutely awful. I don't know how to resolve this. I am a prescription donor so had to cancel my appt at the Panama City location because of an illness. They NEVER answer the phone no matter how many times you call back to back to back. They NEVER return my call no matter how many voicemails I leave saying I need a new appt. Do I seriously have to drive 40 minutes to their office just to get a new appt or see if they have time to take my blood? Yes I have tried the website appt maker. Apparently I can't set up appts that way because I'm a therapeutic donor. If you're upper management (not local) please email me. The folks at the local office are overtasked or just don't care."

"I went in to donate blood but was a little concerned as sometimes it's hard to get a vein on me. Amanda took care of me---she assured me she could get it in one stick, and she did!! I was very happy with that. She was very friendly and put me right at ease. It was quick and almost painless--just one tiny stick! I will try to donate more in the future based on today's experience. They were all friendly and even gave me a shirt. ;-)"
