"I guess customer service is dead, and it no longer exist nor is it required. I encouraged my young adult daughter to go to the eye doctor alone to learn how to handle things for herself. My daughter had an appointment which she arrived on time, the insurance information on file needed to be updated, but the lady at the front desk of the place just was not willing to call and verify her new insurance information. Which resulted in her not getting her eye exam and embarrassing. The ID card was available and in her face, but she was not willing to actually help my daughter. She want be coming back!"

"I was shocked at the price of the eye exam. It's literally more than double elsewhere. I was in a stuffy waiting room waiting on the eye Dr for about 45 minutes and was about to leave when she finally made it in. Everyone was nice and the facility was clean. However due to the crazy prices and unacceptable wait times, I won't be coming back."

"Dr. Aleen Kaltakdjian is amazing! After an optometrist at a different location recommended a strong prescription for my son, she and her staff took the time to do a proper evaluation and determined he had 20/20. Instead of taking advantage and trying to charge for a prescription that wasn’t even needed! And she takes time away from her practice as the only optometrist for the Coast Guard base. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism!"

"I went to the office a couple of days before my appointment to get my insurance taken care of. They told me what information I needed and when I brought it I was able to use my new insurance. Everyone in the office was kind and helpful. This is the second or third time I’ve seen Dr. Aleen. She is always good about the exam and doing the best for my eyes. I trust her and would recommend her and the staff to anyone needing a good eye doctor or who needs to be fitted for glasses."
