"If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the most uncaring office staff I have ever dealt with. They refuse to release medical information in a timely manner, they are rude, and they are abrasive. If you attempt to stand up for yourself, they accuse you of being abrasive and hang up on you. They give you information on how to obtain your medical records, and then they turn around and say no but that information is incorrect. We cannot do it that way. And then they say it’s your fault that you should’ve dealt with it yourself."

"I'm only giving 2 stars because the staff at the counter were super nice. Dr Kenton does not care about you, he will just rush you out and just prescribed a bunch of meds that aren't actually for your problems they just "might help" I would just recommend putting yourself on a waiting list for a real psychiatrist!"

"Both sides of the clinic will go above and beyond to help you in a timely manner. They will take time to answer every question and concern you have, and even listen to you ramble about nothing important. My child has several sensory issues which they handle very well and always treat him extremely kind. They assist us with making each appointment a bit less stressful!"

"I can not recommend Valley Medical from my experience. I have had repeated issues with them but the most egregious would be that when I suddenly had to move across the country and was misinformed by staff before I moved, that I had one more refill left on my medication. When apparently I have zero refills left and they can’t refill it without me coming in for an appointment in person. They did not tell me this until after I had moved. The plan was after I moved, I would call to have prescription refilled locally and a family member was going to pick it up and mail it to me. I had discuss this plan with front desk staff before I moved. I had called several times to try to work this out and this was the planned solution that I had spoken with the front desk staff about repeatedly. After I moved I called on the day the front desk staff said was the earliest I could refill my medication. They said that in fact I didn’t have another refill left and the only way to possibly get my medication refilled was to come in for an appointment in person. This is not what I was told before I moved and it was not possible to come in for another appointment since I had just moved across the country. I was told this new information very rudely as well. This is not the first time I have had a very rude and nasty interactions with a front desk staff member and from the the other reviews, it seems I’m not the only one who has had this experience. Some of the front desk people are very lovely and good people, while others are unapologetically consistently nasty. They provided no resources to help me fix this problem or find another provider. They were no help whatsoever. I only had a few days left of my medication when this happened and had to try to immediately find another psychic clinic. It can take months to be seen by new psychiatrist. Moving is major life stressor by itself but suddenly being without your necessary medication and possibly going to be without your medication for months due to this clinics negligence and misinformation adds a whole other layer of unnecessary stress and anxiety. This is completely unacceptable and should not have happened. I should not have been told I could refill my medication, when they knew I was out of refills and that they would refuse to refill it, while also providing zero help. I should not have been so misinformed by staff on something as important as psychiatric medication. It is dangerously negligent. I don’t even blame the person or persons who misinformed me personally. I’m sure they were going off of unreliable information to do such a thing in an office with major communication issues that is out of their control. This miscommunication issue is much larger and systemic, than one person’s mistake. It has happened repeatedly. It still should not have happened and does not excuse Valley Medical whatsoever. Again, I have had several issues with this office but this by far the worst and most personally negatively impactful. I hope no else ever has to experience the stress and sickening fear, I had to go through due to this clinics poor management and communication. No one should ever have to experience that. Valley Medical ( owner ), I’m honestly sorry to have to leave such a review. I normally do not leave any reviews or make public complaints, but the people need to be warned as to what could potentially happen to them with Valley Medical. I truly do not want an apology, an excuse or even a response. I am not opening a dialogue with you. It does not in anyway fix what was done or prevent this from happening to someone else. They are only words. Please just don’t let this happen to someone else. Please don’t blame individual employees for mistakes made due to your office’s systemic miscommunication problems. Thank you."
