"I would give this place 0 stars if I could. If you decide to go here, good luck getting through to the office, and give up on ever getting calls back. That was my first issue with them. Upon seeing the doctor first visit, I had 5 reports from 30 years of thyroid issues to help her with a base. She said she didn't want them, and wanted her own base scan. My A1C was slightly elevated so she threw me on a med that eventually caused my muscles to atrophy and a lot of pain. I called my own PCP and was removed from that med due to known issues for that exact problem. On the 2nd visit (5 months later because of scheduling problems), I saw another doctor and she threw me on BP meds just because it was slightly elevated on that one visit. I have history of low BP, so I questioned her and she still wanted me on it. The next week I was very dizzy every time I stood up, and felt miserable. Again, out of advice from my PCP, she said to stop that med immediately. After that 2nd visit, the receptionist were on lunch. I was wandering around the office trying to find them because I needed to schedule the next appointment. Nobody was around. I finally found them in a break room and they treated me like dirt. Telling them what I needed since I just got done seeing the doctor, they told me they were on break and I needed to call them. Really? Their computer was just steps away, and I NEVER get through on their phones! Then I'm wondering why they were being so rude! Longer story short, I never got an appt.. They NEVER called back to see how the 'new meds' were doing, so I decided to just go somewhere else. I am SOOO glad I did! The new doctor spent time going through my previous reports and told me what was going on from years ago! He was thrilled I brought those reports! He also did extensive physical neck exam (which Eapen only did a short one when I asked her if she wanted to feel the lump).. The new DR also asked me a good amount of questions which led to order several tests. From those tests, I found that my thyroid is malfunctioning, and also found that I have RA.. It explains MANY things the Eapen didn't care about when telling her. I'm now finally on a path to finding out why I'm losing hair and why my hands hurt SO bad.. I'm also off both meds she gave me and feeling a LOT better. If you have any red flags from anywhere, listen to your gut. I finally listened to mine and now found a doctor who spends time listening, examining, and CARING about what's going on with me. I couldn't be happier now. So, I do not recommend this place. They will spend minimal time with you, never return your calls, rarely answer calls, and you would leave feeling ignored and lost. If you choose this doctor, I wish you the best of luck.. Just know there are other Endos nearby that actually care."

"I saw Dr. Eapen for the first time 11/2/22. She is so nice and truly listens to you. I think she’s an amazing person and doctor. The whole office staff is also truly nice and amazing. They are quick and efficient. They have blood drawls right there on sight which is super convenient. Highly recommend this team."

"Dr. Eapen is amazing. Really great staff and she truly takes the time to get to know her patients. Been seeing her since she was in group practice many years ago and so thankful for her outstanding care. I highly recommend her if you want a thorough endocrinologist who really cares. She also took amazing care of my father for years until he passed. He was diabetic and had Alzheimer's disease and her patience with him and bedside manner will be something my family will always appreciate and remember."
