Established in 1949 by Grady Segrest, M.D., the Diagnostic & Medical Clinic has a rich history of medical excellence. Originally situated on Government Street near the Oakleigh Garden District, our practice has grown significantly, welcoming esteemed physicians such as John Moss, M.D., Henry Gewin, M.D., and Bill Atkinson, who joined Dr. Segrest in his mission to provide outstanding healthcare. In 1968, Martin Lester, M.D., joined the clinic, further enhancing our commitment to quality care.
In 1991, the clinic relocated to the Mobile Infirmary campus, where it continues to thrive under the leadership and expertise of our senior partner, Dr. Lester. Our longstanding relationship with Mobile Infirmary ensures that our patients benefit from a seamless healthcare experience, supported by a team of dedicated and experienced professionals.
