"Like many of her reviews state, words will not be able to describe the amazing experience I have had with Claudia. She is so incredibly kind, patient, passionate, and enthusiastic about her training with clients. From the moment I stepped into my first class I have always felt comfortable and valued. I was a newbie that knew absolutely nothing about weight lifting and she never once made me feel bad about that. In the time I spent with her I learned SO much about movements, form, mobility.... the list could go on. I moved away from her location and I am genuinely sad about not being able to attend her classes anymore. If you are even considering trying this training DO IT! You will not regret it. I feel stronger than ever and the knowledge she's provided has left me feeling confident enough to walk into a gym and do the movements on my own.... although, it wont be the same without her. If I could give 10,000,000 stars I would!"

"There is so much to be said about Claudia. Words, in my opinion don’t begin to describe my experience with her, but am I going to happily share some…OF COURSE! First, I have to really thank my best friend for asking me to join her in starting the classes. She asked and I couldn’t resist having a partner to have along side my weight loss journey! From the minute I started my try out class I was hooked! Second, I was terrified to be with a trainer, as in the past I was just yelled at, versus being taught what to do and why I was doing it. Claudia is so patient and helped me to understand the proper motions, stances, techniques, as well as my strengths. I learned that form is key to everything, along with a great diet of course. Not to mention, losing weight and toning the body is not going to happen over night. It takes time and patience. As an over all experience, I promised she would see me again in the future. Probably sooner rather than later honestly. Due to personal reasons I had to step away for a moment. But I’ll definitely be back to train with her because it was an amazing experience! Another plus to this, is that I’ve kept the weight off since taking my step away. It was a lifestyle change that was worth taking a leap towards and I am so glad I did!
