The classes that are offered here are always something different , never the same routine , and they’re challenging . My favorite are the mat Pilates , strength and tone , full body workout , and the MOTR for balance . This studio is addicting . I’ve developed shoulder muscles that I never had before . The people that attend here feel like family ( that you like ) . :) Give this studio a try . You won’t be disappointed!"
