"Great staff, I have a wonderful trainer, but I am so over this AC not working for last 12 weeks, and being half done for 6 weeks! If I could pause my membership, I would, but because of your contract I can’t. But I also didn’t sign a contract to train in a CROSS FIT Hot Effen Gym! I will not be renewing my membership, for training 10 times a month, because my last 3 months were horrible, because NO AC! In what modern gym in America, besides a cross fit, doesn’t have a working AC!? Please feel free to reach out to me, because I am over your GYM!"

"I highly recommend avoiding this gym for personal training. The trainer did not meet my expectations, the facilities were dirty, and the overall atmosphere was underwhelming. I strongly advise against trusting the people associated with this gym in any circumstances. They seem to prioritize ripping off customers over providing genuine help."

"I started off at Pinellas Park six months ago which was great but moved to Largo so now this is my home gym for the past few months. It’s been great! There is plenty of room between equipment, it’s constantly being cleaned and the other gym members keep to themselves unless giving friendly advice. I recently decided to get on a plan to have more structure. Jacob is my trainer and has set up a workout plan and nutritional guidelines tailored to the results I’m looking forward to. Jacob is a great motivator and can push you through a lot in a little bit of time."

"Absolutely love this gym. All the staff is so sweet and helpful, and it has all the equipment you need for a solid workout! Jacob is amazing! I’ve been training with him for about a year now and I feel better than I’ve ever felt. He helped me reach goals I didn’t even know I had while also making working out fun! Going to the gym is one of my favorite parts of the day thanks to amped and Jacob!"
