"I've been with Suda Fit now for right around a year and there are so many positives to this gym but I will focus on the top 3. There is a ton of equipment and plenty of variety and everything inside the gym is always clean. Samy and Liz the owners are always very welcoming and take a personable approach to each of their members. It definitely feels like they have a vested interest in everyone achieving their personal goals. My wife and I have both had personal training from Samy and Liz and both have a great knowledge base and are capable of working with all levels of fitness.
