"Unassuming but great box and people! Update: Been a member here for over a year and I must say I love this place. The owners help it clean and always are updating the equipment with new items. The coaching is great and every class begins with detailed review of each movement. The programming is done with care and is mindful not to overload to the point of injury. Very friendly environment to any one who is looking to try crossfit out. They now also offer yoga once a week on Wednesday, and they just started a dedicated indoor rowing program. They have a great little Pro shop with high quality prepared food and a fully stacked fridge with protein drinks, fitaid, Bang and O2 to name a few. Best of all are the people. This is a friendly, supportive, chil group of people. Three are no shower facilities here or changing rooms, but for me it is not an issue. Highly recommend crossfit TFB as your gym or the place to drop in while visiting the area."

"The place is really small comparing with other facilities. More equipments need to be added such as GHD. They are closed in noon time while the timing in google maps shows it is an opening time. However, staff will always be there to assist the individual and try to make the training easier. They were really helpful and are fulfilling personal needs."
