"With my hectic busy schedule, this fitness and training routine is awesome to ensure I’m getting all the benefits of cardio and strength training consistently! I’ve seen results in just the first couple months which is more than encouraging based on the plateau I had hit these past 2 or 3 years. I really don’t have any cons or draw backs in terms of my recommendation to try this modality out. I would say that you should commit to at least 2 to 3 months of consistent training once a week to see the benefits."
