"Went to the their burn and brunch and got a really good workout. Being that I usually do 1 hr long workouts I was impressed to get a good burn in only 30 mins. The class was divided into stations that focused 2 moves: a tone and then a torch move. It was broken down to 4 stations. The instructor demonstrated each move and her and the other workers would correct the form of the ppl working out. I thinks this a great place for women to get a good cardio workout in a short amount of time. I loved the equipment - ropes, steppers, kettlebells, wall balls, weighted bars, dumbbells and more. It also has a child care room which makes it even more convenient for women with kids. Nice and clean place. Large workout area. It's located near the music box store in that small plaza area. Everyone seemed really friendly and it is a judgment free place. I think it's a great place for women of all fitness ranges because you modify moves to fit your abiliities."
