"Nice people"

"This is the most unorganized, unreliable transportation that I have encountered in my 53 years. My daughter has no transportation to the Dr. in Pensacola so she has to take public transportation. Day one: bus was one hour and forty minutes late arriving to Pace, Fl. Had to find another ride and was back to Pace before the bus showed up to take her to Pensacola. No phone call to let her know that the bus was going to be late. Day two: on hour and forty minutes late arriving to Pace, Fl. bus returns to Pensacola location at 12:00 noon to return to Pace. She already found someone to take her home. Day three: Picked up on time at 7:00 am, bus broken down, still waiting on a ride back to Pace, Fl at 3:28 pm. No phone call from the transportation to let her know that they were coming late. Who knows when they will show up. If you are riding this bus from Santa Rosa County to Escambia County for an appointment they say they will pick you up at 7:00 am and won't bring you back until 2:30 pm. So it your appointment is at 8:00 am you have to stay in Pensacola until 2:30 wherever your appointment was. This is ridiculous. Santa Rosa County Florida needs public transportation to and from Escambia County that runs back and forth all during the day."
