"Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Booked our private dolphin tour which cost nearly $400. Went to the dock early as the email confirmation said, nobody was there nor were they answering the phone. Finally got in touch with someone and they had to call around and figure out what was going on. When he finally called back 20 minutes after we were suppose to of already been gone, they informed us there was nobody to take us out. Absolutely horrible experience and the man at hot spot charters who answered was very very rude, condescending and non apologetic. Absolute pathetic customer service. There was another charter who overheard what we had to go through and thankfully that man saved the day for my kids."
