"Waited in line for 30 minutes only to be told I hadn’t made an appointment (I have the confirmation email stating I had an appointment for that exact date, time, and location) and couldn’t make my passport today because I didn’t bring my original birth certificate. They really need to specify what documents you need to bring and fix whatever appointment system they’re currently using instead of passive-aggressively insinuating you didn’t actually make an appointment."
"This place is the epitome of postal service incompetence. They have a phone number but refuse to answer it when one of their dishonest or careless carriers misdelivers or loses someones packages and a citizen needs to find out what's going on with it. For instance, just yesterday one of their lying or really incompetent mailmen scanned two packages as delivered on my front porch, and I was actually standing on my front porch at the time, and yet they delivered nothing. But they were quick to lie about it,or else the carrier made an egregious mistake and gave my clearly marked packages to another address. I don't know what they did with it, but I didn't get my packages. I called the 1 800 usps line and started an investigation into where my packages were, but the local post office that is in question refused to answer my calls all day.So tomorrow I will go there.ill update this review accordingly. Upðate: they wouldn't answer the phone so I had to go up there and talk to a supervisor who informed me that the packages were delivered to my neighbors business on THEIR front porch. So the mailman read my address wrong, something that shouldn't have happened.. so I asked the neighbor and he couldn't find them then. He found them later. But Basically it was that the carrier made an amateur mistake and erroneously gave my mail to somebody else, while marking it as delivered to me.not cool. Oh,and this isn't the first time the post office here has screwed up my mail. I give them 1 star."
"I’m writing this review for what I experienced. I’d give 5 stars but there were only 2 workers and they were dealing with back to back customers. They need to have more than 2 people up there especially during busy hours since I went in at 12:30-1pm. I’d love to give the girl that helped me a huge Thank You, I believe her name was La’Quasia. She was so Sweet and Caring. I went in super stressed and upset after a package went missing. She took time to listen to my stress and help me as quickly as she could. She explained everything so well and she was an overall Great character."
"Had a 12:30 apt to turn in a passport app. Photo and payment already completed. Waited in line from 12:15- 12:40 to be told the person who does this called out sick. I asked if anyone else can take this information. No. Come on folks, other people have to work too! Seems as if there can be a system letting customers know to reschedule."
"I don't know what exactly constitutes as a 5-star USPS office but the team members seemed really nice and helped me politely. The only down side I had was the wait time as it's atrocious, but at most they have 3 workers working at one time to service a long line of people."
