"I've played private investigator on finding my child's father new addresses by using WHITE PAGES! It's sad that I update the address and by the time they get around to try to serve him, he's already moved. I've asked if I could personally serve him or have someone else do it and was denied. Going on 4 years of no child support when I could've had it the whole time had I served him myself. Not to mention, every time I go on my account online it says no case history. What?! I update on there religiously. No case history on your part maybe. How can he be on child support for 3 other kids but you can't find him to serve him?! You have his info already?!"

"Can't reach anyone with any of the contact methods given (phone, email, online chat) . Very frustrating. If you want to get ahold of someone, go to your local office. And, if you don't want to wait forever, be there when the office opens in the morning! Once I was able to talk with someone (in person, at the local office), Martin was very nice & helpful."

"I can't say enough good things about our Pensacola Tax and Revenue office's staff. I have needed to call or go for advice on my crafting business taxes several times over the years. I just had to file a form and make a payment online today and that is what prompted this review. I wanted to make certain I was on the right screen before I submitted a payment so I gave them a call. Ms. Garmon was beyond helpful! She was professional and really knows her stuff! I was on the wrong online page for the payment and she directed me to the correct site. She walked me through the entire process, even waiting patiently while i typed and re-typed all those numbers! Glad they were there! Thanks for all the help!"

"The people who you finally get on the phone are terrific, but unfortunately getting them on the phone can be frustrating. Also frustrating is the website which is scattered across various addresses and chaotic in its presentation. Additionally frustrating is the fact that they don't print a phone number on their mailings, so all in all while the employees who handle the calls may be great, the overall operation is in dire need of a tune up. Especially when it comes to streamlining their website and forms information."

"In all the years I have dealt with the local Pensacola office and with the Tallahassee office I have never had a bad experience. Only once about 15-20 years ago was a person rude to me. Other that that one incident everyone has been professional and polite and helpful."
