"The regular deliverer to the complex mailbox center left my four packages in one of the parcel lockers but did not leave me a KEY to the locker. Long story short after three days of no response from the deliverer, the fantastic post deliverer, Keenan, worked today, Saturday, and took excellent care of my problem! He has delivered to our complex in the past and is one of the BEST post persons I have experienced. Today he even delivered my packages to my door. "Pleasant staff. The lady at the counter helped the gentleman in front of me in such a respectful and honoring way. She recognized that the elderly gentleman needed extra help, and helped quietly without calling attention to it, and reassured him it was no problem when he kept apologizing. Beautiful heart!"
