"Was there for Farmer's Market and a few other things. It's nice when there's an event and it brings back some of that feel of old small town with the large trees filling the road divider. But the reality of it is the other 95% of the time it's not being used for sn event, it's a hotel for the homeless. It's amazing how little the city does about it."
