"My experience was with judge jennie Kinsey. In my opinion the way she conducted her court was criminal, and she’s nothing but a black robed tyrant with no regard for the law whatsoever. I had to appeal to receive fair treatment that respected Florida law. The appellate court unanimously overturned Kinsey’s ruling, and agreed that she abused her discretion on numerous accounts. Because of how they worded their opinion I personally believe that she was censured for her conduct. I’m thankful I live in a country where I have recourse when a sitting judge abuses their position, and betrays the public trust by not respecting And acknowledging the law. I wonder how many innocent people Kinsey has denied due process and gotten away with it because her victims couldn’t afford 7,000.00 for an appeal? there was no honor to be found in her court. Judges (of all people) should respect the law. From what I’ve observed she has no business being on the bench, and deserves to be unseated and disbarred. Vote her off! If you want to observe how a respectable judge conducts a court sit in on Stephen Pitre’s court."
"Judge me anywhere in the world but here. Is the US judicial system this bad? Or is a small town in the south even worse?"
"I had to go to court for a fine that I couldn’t pay because I can’t drive and then they made me sit in adult court when I am a juvenile for almost 2 hours just for me to get to the stand and then tell me I don’t even need to be there and that i wasted my time, i have another date for the same exact thing idc i’m not going"
"Went to get marriage license. Appointment was cancelled due to storm and took two days to get rescheduled. No mask required right now."
"COVID-19 "We Don't Care About Social Distancing Here!" As a law abiding citizen I was summoned to this courthouse yesterday August 02, 2021 for jury duty. Worried about the recent Covid spikes that are filling up Sacred Heart recently I was very concerned. I went to enter, was directed into a corner of crowded people all entering the courthouse literally elbow to elbow to remove belts, anything in pockets etc. I was expecting someone would be taking Covid precautions like checking temperatures - asking health questions etc but none of that was happening. I said to the guard there that "This does not look like social distancing" he said "What did you say?" So I repeated "This does not look like Social Distancing to me" and he replied "We don't care about Social Distancing here" and I said "Well I DO and so does the CDC!" He glances at me with an agitated look and I move through the poor system of entering the courthouse so I wouldn't get a warrant for contempt of court. Today August 03, 2021 a published news report said that Covid new cases for the day breaks a previous record for current hospitalizations set more than a year ago. So higher rates with vaccines. There is a post from a nurse @ Sacred Heart in Pensacola. They now are having to put patients in the hallways, no more rooms available. Who is paying attention in Pensacola? Where is our Mayor?"
