"Dr. G is great but NCH is abominable. An embarrassment to health care. I cannot believe what I have been going thru trying to get my mother seen by a doctor she saw for a year but we are now being told she can't be seen because of her insurance - even though it is the same insurance she has had. The office won't even call insurance and says I have to and when I called them back with the answers given, they told me the insurance company is wrong (even went as far as to say they were lying). I am beside myself. Completely dumbfounded. I asked why they can't see her even though they have seen her many times before. I was basically told they have "lost money and are cracking down" ...cracking down on what?!? We did nothing wrong and now can't get in to see a doctor. They said go to an emergency room or walk in...no wonder emergency rooms are overrun! People without emergencies have to go there because doctors won't see them. Unbeliveable is all I can say. Just unbelievable."
