"The staff here is always nice & I have never had a long wait. The problem is they don't tell you that if you get your bloodwork done here it is considered getting your bloodwork done at a "hospital" and its triple the price of quest or other labs."

"Phlebotomists are STARTS. Very kind, and excellent at what they do. However, The service is extremely slow because they have to waste too much time on paperwork and verifications. PLEASE, hire a third person to register patients. Make an appt or be ready to wait for 2 hours."

"I have been going to this facility for over 6 years and I would not want to go anywhere else. I have been cared for in the following departments: MRI, X-Ray, CAT Scan, Lab, Bone Scan and Mammogram. I have always been treated with kindness and concern. When I have had an appointment I have been taken on time, if not early. The lab is a walk-in so I know if I go at certain times there might be a slight wait but I feel having a blood draw and not even feeling a pinch is well worth the wait. Keep up the good work Surfside."
