When a scan comes back "suspicious", they literally agonize over it. Your case is very personal to them; no one ever feels "alone" when visiting this group of dedicated women."

"This is where I go for my mammograms! They are so well organized, kind, QUICK and efficient. The process stinks anywhere you go, let’s face it… getting your breast smashed into a machine isn’t a highlight of anyone’s day! It’s all of the other stuff that makes this experience seem so special, even down to the cloth gowns they provide. The waiting area is clean, and pretty. It has a calm vibe that I appreciate as scans make me a tad anxious. The volunteers walk you in from the main room and basically give you a five star tour of the waiting area, show you the dressing area, the place to store your belongings, give recommendations and show you the bathrooms before they head out. It’s very considerate and welcoming. Truly a great touch! I also love the MyChart ap that is with all of the Lee doctors and allows me to see my results as soon as they are analyzed. I don’t have to wait for the doctor, so I don’t have to stress longer than I need (unless I have an abnormal scan… which I have.) I’ve been going to this office for my mammograms for over 7 years and they have been consistent every time. Highly recommended!"

"I have to say what a disappointment this facility was. Made my appointment a week in advance. Was told by three different people that they indeed had a payment plan for patients without health insurance like myself. Called the morning of my appointment to verify that everything was as told to me. They assured me that everything was good and they would set me up with a repayment option. I Drive all the way there only to be be told that they do not offer payment options and that my baseline mammogram would cost 1,000 dollars and not 300 like told not once but three times. Not sure who’s in charge at this location or if they are dropping the ball when it comes to training their CSR’s but I will definitely be taking my business else where. Shame on you for misleading me with false information."
