"So disappointed with this office and group! You can never reach anyone on the phone and they never return your messages! They sent my 91 yr. Old dad for a chest X-ray after hearing crackling in his chest when he complained of shortness of breath and coughing. She also referred him to an pulmonologist before knowing what his problem was! Do you know hard it is to take an 91 yr old to a new Dr, which could take weeks to be seen ?? And then it took 2 days and multiple calls before we got results and were told it was pneumonia! I suspected that already!! 2 days without meds for a 91 yr old can be fatal!! I will not be so kind and patient next time I escort him to his appointment! Looking for referrals to a new group ! Unacceptable!! This seems to be a situation when insurance companies control your healthcare, not the doctors!"
