"Never call, even though their office is 100% empty. Have to email Pensacolabar@flhsmv and Joseph will email you within a day. Have to pay $25 for a hearing either in person or money order through mail. After you pay, it might take 30days for the hearing to happen.."

"I'm super disappointed at the customer service. I know they are understaffed, and I totally understand every now and then missing the call - but when you can never answer the phone it makes the process even more discouraging. This process for the people involved and their families is already such a struggle, to be this set aside is so disheartening. It's been going on since May, and to be honest I'm just exhausted from trying so hard with no answer. If you're the one fighting for your family, don't expect much empathy or sense of urgency to help you."

"The staff member I met with was very friendly and accommodating. They were very helpful and explained the requirements as they pertained to my particular situation. It's unfortunate that it was very difficult to arrange to apply for hearing by phone, or by email. However, the site has been short-staffed and they've had illnesses recently, I'm assuming including covid. And a number of other Bureau of Administrative Review sites have been closed in Florida. This one particular location is handling pretty much all of the panhandle of florida. So they are backed up on reviewing their email submissions, and they're backed up on reviewing the paper submissions. Interesting note, if you downloaded your form online like I did, you may want to go to the office and get a new form. They've created a new form that allows submissions to be placed in line so that you're not waiting till the date of your hearing for it to be reviewed. Especially if you're one of the lucky people that has to wait till you're done with your traffic school to get your certificate before you can have your review. So I would advise people to go to the office during their operating hours and inquire about the new forms rather than using the one that you can download online. Just note that for right now, as of today, February 5, 2022. Their operating hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., however, their office hours are closed between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. due to the short staffing. So don't go there like I did at 11:00. There's no information about this office being closed between those hours online, there's just a note on the door. Otherwise, when I met with the staff while they were open they're very friendly and helpful."

"Called over 30 times in a 2 day span and they are on the line with another customer please call back in a few moments. Makes it hard trying to get things done and your life back on track when they aren't trying to help those that are seeking it. We have to do better than that."

"Ive been calling for 3 weeks now, finally had to google the place. They will not answer the phone, no matter what time or how many times you call. They have it set to always say there own the phone with another customer. I live in Cali, how tf am I suppossed to get ahold of them. Absolutely terrible service. Some of the worst Ive ever encountered on planet earth actually."
