"Excellent and spacious and equipped for anything one needs from moving trucks all needed goods to safely haul your goods and a great selection of spots on the property to store them or cubes to have placed at your location for you to pack them they'll pick them up and deliver them where you are needing them and offer help for a competitive price."
"Make sure you check prices elsewhere before hand, 1.i found a better deal. 2. Other company had my rentals in their yard. 3. Reserve your vehicle more than two weeks in advance, i did, moving day and no truck!? Plenty of excuses."
"I have had 5 different storage lockers over my time. One being this indoor climate controlled unit. Thought it would be better than the 4 outdoor units I’ve had. But, this place is disgusting and as I was loading things from the storage locker to take to our new home there were cockroaches and every where. Not just in our units. But all over the isles, bathroom. Everything. Never in my life have I had cockroaches in my home and I’m not scout too start now. I’ll use out door units in the future."
"Was supposed to access a pod up at 10 am. They were given over 24 hour of notice regarding accessing the pod (of being on the phone for over an hour trying to get to someone). However the pod was not ready to access even after waiting in line and until 10:30. We were told that they would have it out in 5 to 10 minutes. However even after 11 we have not had any update other than just another 5 minutes. All of this extra time even though the previously agreed time was at 10. The fact that they are unable to keep a previously approved time is unacceptable!"
