"This guy is not very professional. I had a xray done on November 29th on my hand and shoulders and spine. I had a fracture on my hand. Had pain in my shoulders too. Well I received the results on the same day. Which I got from the place that took them. I gave it a few days and I left a message with the doctors office but never got a call back. I ended up putting a splint on my own hand and took care of it myself. Here we are almost 3 months later and nothing! Took it upon myself to get in touch with a ortho doctor and come to find out it has to do with my spine and neck."

"Dr Devabose is a good doctor and he listens to your needs. Now this practice’s billing department is rude doesn’t care about anyone’s needs doesn’t care to do their job correctly at all and just ignores you with little to no effort in helping you fix problems. Now we all know medicare isn’t the best however basic office visits, check ups etc are covered. One visit for whatever reason was coded wrong according to several conversations with Medicare and calling the billing department about this that Medicare told them fix the code and they will cover it. Billing department didn’t do nothing and sent me the bill which I shouldn’t have to pay for your error and refusal to fix it after being told numerous times by me and medicare on how to fix it. Now I’ve been sent to collections appreciate the effort!"

"I would never changed my Primary Care Physician Dr. Nathan, Devabose. He’s very compassionate and take care his patient with time and dedication. The office personnel are amazing. When you entering in the office you feel the environment very calm and willingness to help. They’re very sweet and I feel very welcome. Dr. Devabose, always go extra time to their patients welcome. He’s super and never will change my doctor. Thank you for your excellent customer services and I appreciate for what the staff personnel and my doctor bring to us the patients."

"The doctor is excellent. The staff is hit or miss. The person at the desk this time was very rude. So rude that I asked for a manager. The manager came in and went directly to the person I was complaining about and walked right past me. After I left, I made a nurse call to get an authorization for a prescription. She refused to send it, and to date still has not done so. She told me and I quote. " That medication is reserved for people who really need it" Now unless you are a doctor now, it is not your business to advise, it is your job to send the forms. I and my insurance is still waiting, they also told me that it is a form that is filled out by the doctor, not the nurse. I am at my wits end with this staff. I love my doctor but the staff with few exceptions is horrible. I am still waiting for my exception form to be sent to my insurance company."
