"This office is Horrible!! We have twice now been scheduled for appointments that the are not even in office for. My husband takes off work to get to these appointments and they are not even open at the office he is scheduled for. They have a reimbursement check for us and have not been able to get a hold of them for over a month. They do not care about their patients at all!! The worst medical office I have ever seen."

"Both my husband and I totally rely on Dr. Baker for our feet issues… Not just him but his entire staff is amazing. Everybody is so helpful and caring like they genuinely care… For example, this last Friday I had a bad ingrown toenail and they were able to get me in quickly and take care of it. Thank goodness for this great Podiatrist and his 2 offices!"

"Not easy to get a hold of. Took two weeks for someone to call me to make an appointment. Met with the doctor who was very nice and then made another appointment for procedure. The lady assured me this was a quick procedure and she was sorry for the long wait to get in to see the doctor. When show up for the appointment to do the procedure (which they knew about a week prior) they were late in opening the office and then to top it off came out 10 minutes after my appointment time to tell me they didn’t have the equipment to do the actual procedure so will need to wait another 20-30 minutes! Really, you made this appointment time for a particular procedure and your not prepared. Kinda makes you question the doctors competency! Update: waited an hour and they were still not ready to take me. I believe this is unacceptable and as a professional you need to get a hold of how the office is ran. When finally met with the doctor he gave me some excuses but will def not be back there EVER. Side note pretty bad when the receptionist for the imaging looks at me and goes omg you still here!"

"Dr. Baker and his staff are extraordinary! He is very knowledgeable and caring. He takes the time to explain things well. His staff are all compassionate and friendly. Making or rescheduling appointments is always easy and the office is clean. I definitely recommend this place 100%."
