"Very rude and unprofessional woman in front office agreed to let me pick up my units contents (my children's baby books and family photos), but then changed her mind and wouldn't even give me the decency of a civil conversation. She refused to discuss her reasoning and blamed it on people who didn't have any issue with me picking up my belongings. Very upset about her behavior. I would never recommend anyone trust this place with your belongings."

"Condescending and rude. I recently cancelled my storage space for my boat because the property manager George Kloser was rude to me when I called to make a payment. Each interaction I have had with George or his associate have been negative since setting up the storage space 2 months ago. Storage is a simple business, and facilities are a dime a dozen. Essentially the only reason to use one storage facility over another is price and service. The price at this facility is higher than other companies (red dot down the street) and the service is trash. Save your money and mood - choose another facility."
