"Having a kid literally ID people for cough medicine when theirs about to be a monkeypox pandemic and covid cases rising in this county is insane and could cost people their lives if they don’t have access to a health provider. No other store has ever IDe’d for cough medicine. This place used to be very convenient for me to drive by to pick up things before work and i loved their prices but now because of the the insult that I received from this place by this establishment having a young kid (16-17 years old) ID people for literal anti-sore throat and flu over the counter (he said that he asked a manager but i saw him do a quick walk around the perimeter of where his register was to which he claimed that manager said that cough medicine had to be ID’ed which seems doubtful since he didnt even spend a minute away from the counter. So I honestly dont know if he was just too lazy/didnt want to ask or if this establishment actually does this, either way this place should be ashamed of itself and do some reassessment on how to create better customer service qualities in its employees and atmosphere."
