Fillingim Landing Paddlecraft Launch

"LOVE Going Tubing Here!! Takes roughly 2hours to complete the entire thing. There's plenty of sandbars to stop ans get outta the floats and water for a break. I Haven't been lately, but we always pack drinks, watermelon, snacks, etc and enjoy picnics on the sandbar. I can't wait to go back when the weather warms back up next year for our next trip. You can either rent a tube or bring your own floats. They even have floats for your coolers so you can pack cold food/snacks& drinks. The floats can be tied to each other so everything stays together Great place for making memories and having family fun. I was about 6 months pregnant last trip I had here, my daughter will be 2 this coming year and we're going to be buying a baby float with a canopy in addition to renting floats for the rest of the family."

"The drive in is really bumpy. So if you have a small car, best not to drive it in. At least a not the entire way. Have a friend with a truck driven you in. But otherwise this place is a nice break from the daily grind. Especially since it's minutes from my front door!"

"Plenty of parking, portable potties, handicap accessible potty, picnic tables, and non motorized boat launch. Lots of amenities. I visited for access to the sand bar trail. Well marked trail, easy trekking, and worth exploring. The road to the parking is a little rough- go slow and you’ll be fine."

"Nice trail going south from the landing area, wide and visibly maintained. Great views of the river, very peaceful and quiet on a Sunday morning. Only did a small portion so will have to return to go further."
