"Male, 34, 6’4”. I was extremely active until I ruptured a disc in my lower back. Pain prevented me from doing almost anything. Even walking upright was impossible. I researched every possible alternative to avoid the steroid epidural and surgery. Spinal decompression and traction made more sense to me than the other obvious options.
